The room we got (room 17) was huge and offered welcome surprises at every turn, after the navigate the entry steps you are welcomed into a huge living space with a TV to match (must have been at least 75-inch) and plenty of channels to choose from. Very high ceilings and massive windows offer heaps of natural light and a nice view (especially if it was winter). A large main bedroom and large bed (queen size) with built in cupboards that had extra blankets and pillows. The massive couch in the living room can act as another bed and can easily fit someone who is 6ft plus. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table that fits 6 people. From the living area that is a ladder that goes up into a shallow attic area that has a double-mattress for additional sleeping quarters (also has a mini-foosball table upstairs!). Bathroom was old but in good condition and clean, but the extra bonus (especially for families) is that it had a washing machine and drier which was fantastic for us to do a load of washing halfway through our 2-week trip. Location was very good as you a situated behind a strip of shops, restaurants and cafes so you can just walk 3 - 5 mins and access some great eats. The hotel did offer a breakfast as part of the room rate but I slept in and missed it.

The staff here are wonderful. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Each breakfast was hot, complete and filling. The property seems a little dated, but the price was right. My room was sufficient for one, but it was really small. Had my husband been here, there was not enough room. But I had a nice mountain view from my window. The room was clean, quiet, and I felt safe. I enjoyed the hot tub, and it felt private in the afternoon. It's a good location, and the town has a wonderful free shuttle service. Yes, I would stay here again.

As one of the more affordable places in Mammoth Lakes, I came with no expectations, but ended up returning here twice during my holiday. Great location if you come without a car: restaurants, bakery, sports shops within walking distance, town trolley stops nearby, so the rest of the town is also easily accessible. The room was clean and quiet, and the breakfast great. They also held my resupply bag while I was out hiking in the wild. Will consider returning in the future.

I booked the teeny room and it was perfect for just one person. The bed was INCREDIBLY comfortable I was very pleasantly surprised. The wifi was a little finicky from my room, but was able to work from the "lobby" area where the wifi was strong. Which I didnt mind because the lobby was quite cozy with large couches, complimentary coffee, and a fire going.

Whitney

Cozy little room, large private terrace (not very clean though, chairs all dirty), comfortable large kingsize bed, TV with several movie channels, nice fridge, very friendly and helpful staff (Patsy), plenty of restaurants closeby, free coffee in the lobby, breakfast included, jacuzzi available, quick checkout (you just leave the key in a basket)!
